Susan- Front Office Administrator
Susan moved to Colorado when she was 10 and has been in the dental field for 40 years. She started as a dental assistant and then moved to front office administration. She enjoys meeting and getting to know all the wonderful patients at Boulder Smiles and working with such a talented and fun team. In her free time, she enjoys biking, hiking, gardening and DIY projects on her home in Boulder with her partner Phil and dog Bailey. She also loves to travel and spend as much time as possible with her grandson.
Aleana – Dental Assistant
Aleana relocated to Colorado from California and joined Boulder Smiles in October 2006. She moved to Colorado with her daughter Alyx, to be closer to her family in Longmont.
She has been a Dental Assistant since January 1997, and has explored all areas of dentistry but is most passionate about cosmetic dentistry. In her spare time, she enjoy movies, Denver nightlife, and the ever-changing colors of Colorado.
Heather – Dental Hygienist
Heather is a Colorado native who has been working in the dental field since 2006. She graduated with a degree in Dental Hygiene from Colorado Northwestern Community College in 2011. Her passion for dentistry shows every day as she treats her patients with a gentle touch and provides exceptional care.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters exploring the great outdoors.
Enrique
Meet Enrique, our dedicated team member originally from Caracas, Venezuela. With over 12 years of experience in the dental field, Enrique brings a wealth of expertise to our practice. He, along with his wife Jennifer, is a proud parent to two wonderful sons, Maximo and Jacob. Beyond his dental expertise, Enrique is a passionate musician who lends his rhythmic talents to the local Venezuelan band, Chaimbangle. An avid sports enthusiast, he's a devoted fan of the Denver Nuggets. Whether he's perfecting smiles or jamming to a Latin beat, Enrique's zest for life shines through in all he does
Sydney
Sydney brings a wealth of experience to her role as a dental hygienist at Boulder Smiles. Since graduating in her hometown state of Iowa in 2014, she has been dedicated to enhancing patient care. Her responsibilities include ensuring that each patient maintains a healthy foundation for their teeth, preventing dental problems, and providing gentle yet thorough cleanings with the latest state-of-the-art equipment. Sydney is committed to delivering exceptional care and making every patient’s visit a positive experience.
A passionate professional, Sydney excels at connecting with patients and offering personalized, attentive care. Outside of her professional life, she is an avid Colorado enthusiast who enjoys staying active through yoga, hiking, skiing, and golf. Her love for the outdoors complements her dedicated approach to dental hygiene, making her a valued member of the Boulder Smiles team.
Meghan
Meghan is a dedicated and experienced dental hygienist, bringing over 11 years of expertise in providing gentle yet thorough care to her patients. Known for her friendly and outgoing personality, Meghan takes great joy in building meaningful relationships with her patients while guiding and supporting them to achieve their oral hygiene goals. Her passion for dental hygiene is evident in the meticulous care she provides. Outside of practicing dentistry, Meghan is an enthusiast for the great outdoors, enjoys traveling to new places, and cherishes quality time spent with her family.
Alex
Alex has come from a long line of working in healthcare setting, most recently in a role with Children's hospital. She is passionate about helping others and loves learning. Outside of the office you can find her outdoors running, biking, 4-wheeling and playing soccer.
